  * Copy file ".htaccess_RewriteUrlHandler" and make ".htaccess".
  * cHmod 777 directory "/ClassVirtual"
  * cHmod 777 directory "/Smarty/TemplatesCompiled"
  * cHmod 777 directory "/UserFiles" and all subdirectories
  * Run "LinkAll.php" in directory "/Tools"
